The fabrication process begins with detailed communication based on client drawings, including Tekla, DWG, or PDF formats. Our engineering team reviews structural details, clarifies technical requirements, confirms fabrication scope, and ensures all specifications are fully understood before production starts.

All raw materials are carefully selected and prepared according to project specifications and applicable standards. Material certification, grade verification, and batch traceability are strictly controlled to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with engineering requirements.

Steel materials are processed through precision cutting, including CNC cutting, sawing, drilling, and edge preparation. All cutting operations are carried out according to approved fabrication drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy and efficient downstream assembly.

Structural components are assembled and welded under controlled conditions. Welding procedures are strictly implemented according to qualified WPS standards. Certified welders ensure joint strength, structural stability, and compliance with safety requirements.

Where required, components are pre-assembled in the workshop to verify fit-up accuracy, alignment, and connection performance. This step helps identify potential issues before shipment and ensures smooth on-site installation.

Before delivery, all finished steel structure components undergo comprehensive inspection, including dimensional accuracy, welding quality, surface condition, and overall fabrication compliance. Only products that fully meet quality requirements are approved for shipment.
